Key Responsibilities • Identify training needs & design training calendars • Manage training budgets, execution & effectiveness tracking • Plan & implement HR engagement activities & company events • Organize festival celebrations & employee gatherings • Manage employee Mediclaim renewals & staff queries • Prepare Pulse MIS reports for management insights • Collaborate with ISO team to update processes, policies & SOPs • Set up and monitor Pan-India training tracking systems Required Skills ✔ Strong communication & leadership ✔ Exposure to HR best practices ✔ Proficiency in PPT & Excel ✔ Excellent presentation & time management skills If you’re ready to contribute to building an engaging and high-performing workplace, we’d love to hear from you!
