Job Description
HR Transitions Team (HRT) need a candidate with good HR, business understanding and detail-oriented approach combined with collaborative working style. This role requires liaising with Sales, Presales, Solution Teams, Regional HR teams ,SMEs and other internal stakeholders to respond to RFP and bids. This team works with representatives from various support functions, which contribute to the business team, in their client and company acquisitions.
Required Qualification:
PGDM/MBA with specialization in HR preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting business through HR responses required for the new deal’s pursuits, customer solution for acquisitions, carve outs and other large rebadging deals.
Work with Sales/Pre-sales teams to enable HR work for ‘Request For Proposals’ (RFP)
Involve and support Bid response, HR validations and sign-off
Client interactions, attending client workshops, including any solution and due diligence workshops
To use knowledge and expertise to provide HR support to sales team by balancing legislative requirement with business needs.
Work with internal support teams to facilitate onboarding of rebadged staff
Develop /provide support to a number of different aspects such as preparation of standard solutions, development of tools, methodologies and templates.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Good knowledge of MS excel & Power Point
Ability to multi-task
Ability to front end clients.
Ability to work with multi-site & cross-functional teams
Exposure to global C&B areas would be an added advantage
