Job Description : Summary SAP FICO with mandatory experience in e-invoicing. Experience with VIM (OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for SAP

We will need the resource to have SAP/VIM knowledge to assist with our E-Invoicing implementation impacting our AP function. Looking for: 7–10 years of hands-on experience supporting VIM. Strong project experience desired in addition to experience managing and resolving VIM incidents. 5+ years of hands-on experience with requirements gathering/story writing Strong knowledge of functional configuration in VIM, including: Ability to set up new exceptions/business rules for VIM documents Ability to set up and configure new VIM document types Ability to configure new custom fields for VIM documents Ability to set up and configure new inbound channels for invoices Ability to perform basic set up and configuration for ICC (invoice capture) Able to independently replicate end-to-end scenarios for non-PO- and PO-based invoice postings (including standard vendor invoices, credit notes, debit notes, etc.) Thorough knowledge of PO-based (MM) and non-PO-based (FI) invoice postings. Credit notes, debit notes, and tax code selection in invoice processing. VIM workflows and approval processes. Ability to work proactively and autonomously Ability + willingness to learn new systems/technical concepts and operate outside of previous comfort zone(s) Advanced English proficiency; able to communicate effectively and clearly All selected responsibilities associated with SAP Configurator – Level II Possesses a thorough understanding of data, sources of data, and relationships of data across multiple SAP modules/functions Expert in obtaining and clarifying business requirements to exceed expectations in designing solutions Demonstrates a clear understanding of the underlying SAP tables, structures, and fields for their SAP modules/functions BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing , Information Systems Management, Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience 5+ years’ experience working with SAP software and specifically configuration Advanced knowledge and expertise working with specific SAP modules, functionality and business processes as required by ServiceNow Authority on the integration of business processes to SAP Master Data, integration between various SAP modules and to subscribing systems. Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) Certification in SAP configuration and/or specific SAP modules a must Advance proficiency using various Microsoft Office tools including SharePoint. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, customers and other IT Personnel. Proficiency in IT analysis methodologies (i.e. process flow definition, data flow diagramming etc)
