About the Role We are looking for a Cloud Solution Operations Engineer who will provide cloud platform and production support for Ingenico’s payment platforms and devices, ensuring stability, compliance, and operational excellence across multiple global regions. You will play a critical role in managing high-priority incidents, maintaining system reliability, and supporting the continuous improvement of cloud operations. This is a Permanent, Full-time, Hybrid based in Noida, India.

What You’ll Do Optimize and maintain

Ingenico’s SaaS platforms to enhance performance, reliability, and availability. Provide production and cloud support

for global platforms and manage technical incidents and escalations across APAC, EMEA, and NAR regions. Analyze dashboards and logs

to identify root causes of performance degradation, downtime, or system failures, and propose corrective actions. Deploy, monitor, and maintain

infrastructure and application updates using CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Terraform, ArgoCD). Ensure compliance and system security

(PCI DSS, AWS WAF, network firewall) through proactive monitoring, backups, and business continuity planning. Collaborate globally

with Critical Incident Management, Change, Release, and R&D teams following a “Follow-the-Sun” model. Lead and participate

in incident, problem, release, and change management activities; document FAQs, and manage ticket and RCA updates. Upskill and mentor

team members in infrastructure, automation, and cloud security best practices under the guidance of the Lead DevOps & Automation team. Drive operational transformation

by modernizing infrastructure processes and enhancing production architecture for scalability and resilience. Support on-call rotations

including occasional weekend and late-night deployments as part of the global support schedule.

What You’ll Bring Education & Certifications: ITIL Certification ( Mandatory ) AWS Certification ( Preferred but not mandatory ) Technical Expertise: Cloud & IaC:

AWS (primary), GCP (good-to-have), Terraform, EKS, ECR, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, ArgoCD Languages:

Python, Shell/Bash scripting Monitoring Tools:

Datadog, Grafana Security & Network:

PCI DSS, SSL/TLS, TCP, AWS WAF, Network Firewall Database:

RDS, PostgreSQL (good-to-have) Experience: Minimum

10 years of experience

in a production or cloud operations environment. Proven ability to handle production stability, RCA, and change impact analysis. Background in

payments, fintech, or banking

environments preferred. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure in a global support model. Customer-focused and proactive approach to problem-solving.
