Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years
Key Responsibilities-
Attendance Management
Maintain and monitor daily attendance records
Track absenteeism, late coming, and generate detailed reports
Leave Management (Core Focus)
End-to-end management of employee leave lifecycle
Strong expertise in handling and adjusting all types of leaves
Manage leave balances, carry forward, encashment, and leave clubbing rules
Calculate and manage
LOP (Loss of Pay)
accurately
Ensure strict compliance with institutional leave policies
Resolve employee queries related to leave policies and balances
MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports
Maintain and update employee databases
Analyze HR data and share insights with management
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, documentation, and files
Provide accurate inputs for payroll (attendance, leave, LOP data)
Ensure high data accuracy and confidentiality
Required Skills-
Strong hands-on experience in
leave management & leave adjustments
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with HRMS / biometric systems
Strong analytical and reporting ability
High attention to detail and accuracy
Basic understanding of payroll inputs and impact
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Relevant certifications in HR or Advanced Excel (preferred)
Soft Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and coordination ability
Problem-solving mindset
