QA & Atlassian Platform Lead

For our client based in Europe, RED Global is currently looking for a QA & Atlassian Platform Lead to start on a Implementation and Transformation project!

Title: QA & Atlassian Platform Lead Start: ASAP - April Duration: 9 Months + Possibility of going Permanent Location: Remote Project: Implementation and Transformation Language: English, Spanish is a bonus!

Responsibilities • Own and manage the QA tooling ecosystem and Atlassian platform (including Jira and Confluence). • Lead and support a small team (1 Atlassian Administrator and 2 QA Engineers). • Drive scalable, structured quality assurance practices across teams. • Ensure integration and cohesion between Xray, Tricentis Tosca, and automation tools (e.g., Playwright, k6). • Evolve and optimize Jira/Confluence to enable transparent and reliable delivery. • Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting to unblock teams and accelerate outcomes when needed.

Requirements • Experience in QA leadership, test management, and platform ownership. • Strong expertise with Atlassian tools (especially Jira and Confluence). • Familiarity with QA/test tools such as Xray, Tricentis Tosca, and automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, k6). • Proven ability to lead teams and implement scalable QA processes. • Willingness to be hands-on with configuration and troubleshooting when required.
