About the Role
We’re looking for a
Growth Lead
who can build and scale our
growth engine from 0 → 1 and beyond .
This is not a traditional marketing role. You’ll own
end-to-end growth —from experimentation and acquisition to activation and pipeline generation.
If you think in terms of
funnels, experiments, and compounding loops (not just campaigns) , this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
●
Own the
entire growth funnel : acquisition → activation → conversion → pipeline
●
Run rapid
growth experiments
across channels (LinkedIn, outbound, content, SEO, communities, partnerships)
●
Build and optimize
growth loops
(content → inbound → sales → referrals)
●
Drive
enterprise demand generation
with a strong focus on ROI and speed
●
Work closely with founders and sales to
crack distribution and GTM motion
●
Set up and track
growth metrics dashboards
(CAC, conversion rates, pipeline contribution)
●
Identify and execute
non-obvious growth hacks
to unlock early traction
What We’re Looking For
●
5+ years experience
in growth / marketing roles in
AI, SaaS, or developer tools
●
Strong bias for
experimentation and speed over perfection
●
Proven experience in
growth hacking and scaling early-stage products
●
Deep understanding of
B2B funnels and enterprise sales motion
●
Ability to combine
data, creativity, and scrappiness
to drive results
●
Comfortable working in
high-ambiguity, zero-to-one environments
Bonus Points
●
Experience in
AI, cybersecurity, or developer-first products
●
Experience with
PLG or hybrid sales-led + product-led growth models
●
Built growth systems from
scratch in an early-stage startup
