IT Recruiter

Workfall is a new-age Internet company focused on building scalable, technology-driven hiring solutions. We are looking for a motivated and deadline-driven IT Recruiter to support our growing technical hiring needs.

Experience - 6 months - 1 year

Location - Navi Mumbai

Employment - Full-time

Work Mode - On-site (Navi-Mumbai)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design and execute end-to-end IT recruitment strategies aligned with business requirements - Source and screen IT candidates using job portals, internal databases, social media platforms, referrals, and networking. - Draft and publish job descriptions on relevant hiring platforms and social channels - Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple technical roles, from sourcing to offer closure - Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process - Maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future requirements - Ensure proper documentation and tracking of recruitment metrics

Requirement:

- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in IT recruitment - Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring requirements - Knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques - Familiarity with job portals, ATS tools, and social recruiting platforms - Strong social media recruiting skills (job posting, candidate engagement, community participation, hashtag usage, etc.) - Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills - Strong analytical ability with attention to detail.
