Job Title: Associate – Operations Job Summary We are looking for a motivated

Associate – Operations (Logistics & Customs Compliance)

to support our operations team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Indian customs processes along with hands-on exposure to cargo handling and freight forwarding.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate with airlines to obtain and negotiate freight pricing. Assist in managing import and export clearances. Ensure adherence to customs regulations and internal compliance processes. Collaborate with vendors, airlines, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery. Track shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Support in resolving operational issues and escalate complex cases when required. Act as a point of contact for critical customer escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Drive customer experience by maintaining service quality and improving metrics such as NPS.

Required Qualifications & Skills Experience:

3-4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, cargo handling, or customs clearance. Knowledge:

Basic understanding of customs documentation, import/export processes, and logistics operations. Skills: Strong communication and coordination abilities Good problem-solving skills Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
