Job Summary

We are looking for detail-oriented professionals with prior experience in listening to and validating calls to join our team as

Sales Call Validators . The role involves reviewing incoming sales calls to ensure authenticity, accuracy, and compliance with internal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Actively listen to sales calls with strong attention to detail. Validate call quality, authenticity, and correctness of shared information. Accurately document call outcomes and details using Google Sheets or Excel. Coordinate with internal teams to address discrepancies or issues. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity while handling sensitive information.

Experience & Requirements

6 months to 2 years of relevant experience

in listening to or validating calls. Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience

in call listening, call auditing, or call validation. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Strong active listening and analytical skills. Basic understanding of secretarial or administrative tasks. Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel. Laptop with stable internet connectivity. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to work between

10:00 AM and 7:00 PM .
