Business Intelligence Analyst

POSITION DESCRIPTION We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to support data driven decision-making. The role involves analysing business performance, identifying cost saving opportunities, and building dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze business performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth and efficiency. Conduct cost-benefit and variance analysis to identify cost-saving initiatives across departments. Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel). Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide data backed recommendations. Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non technical audiences. Support strategic decision-making through ad hoc analyses and business case development. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership.

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or BI roles. Strong proficiency in MS Excel; Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar is preferred. Good understanding of financial concepts and cost structures. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
