Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager located in Ganganagar. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive user engagement and conversions. Key responsibilities include managing paid advertising campaigns, monitoring analytics, producing performance reports, and collaborating with teams to develop data-driven marketing strategies. The role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and strong execution abilities to achieve measurable results.

Qualifications Experience in campaign management, paid advertising (Google Ads, social media ads), and performance marketing Proficiency in data analysis, tracking tools, and performance monitoring via platforms like Google Analytics Skills in content optimization, ad copy development, and A/B testing for campaign improvement Knowledge of marketing trends, customer segmentation, and audience targeting strategies Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Familiarity with Astrology, Numerology, or Vastu-related industries is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
