Job Description As a Cold Email Marketer at Dozti, you will be responsible for building, operating, and optimizing our outbound email systems. This is not a copywriting-only role. It is a systems and performance-driven position focused on deliverability, lead targeting, infrastructure management, testing, and pipeline creation. You will own the outbound engine from domain setup through campaign execution and reporting. Your objective is simple: generate qualified meetings and predictable pipeline while maintaining strong sender reputation and inbox placement. Responsibilities: Outbound System Setup & Maintenance Set up and manage cold email infrastructure (domains, inboxes, DNS, warm-up). Maintain sender reputation and ensure high deliverability standards. Manage tools such as Instantly, Lemlist, or equivalent outbound platforms. Monitor bounce rates, spam rates, domain health, and inbox placement. Lead Targeting & List Management Work with internal teams to define ICPs and targeting criteria. Manage lead list sourcing and enrichment workflows. Clean and validate lead data before campaign launch. Continuously improve list quality and segmentation. Campaign Execution & Optimization Build, launch, and monitor cold email campaigns. Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, and targeting. Iterate campaigns based on performance data. Optimize reply rates and meeting booking rates. Performance & Reporting Track KPIs such as open rate, reply rate, positive response rate, and meetings booked. Report weekly performance insights and improvement plans. Identify bottlenecks in funnel conversion. Recommend scaling strategies when campaigns perform. Requirements: 2+ years of experience running cold email campaigns at scale. Strong understanding of email deliverability, domain warming, and inbox placement. Experience with outbound platforms (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, or similar). Experience managing multiple domains and inbox rotation. Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting campaign performance data. Ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues related to email systems. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and scraping workflows. Familiarity with enrichment tools (e.g., email finders and validators). Basic scripting or automation knowledge (helpful but not required). Experience marketing B2B professional services or SaaS. Understanding of compliance and cold outreach best practices.
