Inviting applications for the role of
Assistant Vice President, Engagement Manager!
In this role, you will design application architecture solutions that span multiple Oracle Fusion Clouds and Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM that meet business requirements, articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits and recommendations also having around 8+ years of experience on multiple cloud solution architectures.
Responsibilities
Develop and present proactive proposals to the client in line with the account strategy
Engage the relevant internal Genpact teams and service lines team to developing solutions
Handle risks and issues related to the accounts, including delivery oversight ensuring there is strong governance in place
Set and manage client expectations ensuring strong client satisfaction • Strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
Experience in the Communications industry.
Significant IT and BCM experience including relevant Global Delivery Model experience
Peer review architecture deliverables
Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
Commercially savvy/understands contracts, MSAs, pricing models
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
BTech or equivalent with relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Track record of interacting and building relationships with Executives and CXO level client contacts
Ability to position industry insights as they pertain to client needs & requirements
Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving
skills
