Multiples Good Faith Foundation (MGFF) was started in 2020 with the mission to empower youth, especially girls, from disadvantaged backgrounds to achieve their full professional potential. Through the MGFF Scholarship, we provide financial support and employability readiness to high potential youth to complete their higher education and achieve success at the workplace.
Role Overview
The
Program Lead
will lead will work across stakeholder engagement, partnerships development and management and monitoring. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of strategic planning, stakeholder management, and a deep commitment to gender equity.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with community leaders, and NGOs to identify scholarship candidates.
Liaise with corporate and non-profit partners facilitate skilling and internships for scholars
Curate and oversee soft-skills training modules including managing the baseline and end-line assessments
Work with the team to manage efficiency of resources and seamless data management
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work or Management (Master’s degree preferable)
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in the development sector, preferably with a focus on education, gender, or livelihoods.
Communication:
Fluent in English and one regional language (Hindi / Marathi) preferable. Ability to communicate effectively with both corporate donors and rural communities.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking
Mindset:
Empathy-driven, culturally sensitive, and a "problem-solver" who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
