Role Overview As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for building

secure, scalable server-side applications , developing APIs and microservices, and optimizing system performance. You will collaborate with product, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable software solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop

scalable and secure server-side applications • Design, build, and maintain

APIs and microservices • Integrate databases and optimize

query performance • Work with DevOps teams on

CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and monitoring • Ensure

security best practices and authentication mechanisms

are implemented • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features • Troubleshoot

bugs, bottlenecks, and performance issues • Document

system architecture, APIs, and internal processes • Participate in

backend architecture and design discussions Required Skills & Experience ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field ✔

3–5 years of backend development experience ✔ Strong experience with

Node.js, Python, or Java backend frameworks ✔ Experience building

REST APIs / GraphQL services ✔ Knowledge of

SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) ✔ Familiarity with

Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP) ✔ Experience with

Git and Agile/Scrum workflows Ideal Candidate Background (Preferred Profiles) candidates with experience in one or more of the following: •

Node.js microservices development

with ownership of services,

AWS infrastructure, Redis optimization, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise-scale architecture •

Cloud-native Python microservices

using

AWS event-driven architecture ,

Kubernetes , CI/CD, and

distributed systems design •

Node.js serverless backend development

with

AWS/GCP ,

JWT/OAuth authentication , and

high-traffic API systems •

Spring Boot microservices

with

Kafka messaging, RBAC security, AWS cloud deployment , and
