Strategic Leadership

Define and execute the organization’s AI vision and roadmap aligned with business goals. Identify AI-driven opportunities across cybersecurity, automation, analytics, and enterprise solutions. Establish AI governance, ethical AI standards, and best practices. Technical Ownership

Lead architecture, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML systems. Drive innovation in: Large Language Models (LLMs) Agentic AI systems Generative AI applications ML pipelines and MLOps frameworks Oversee production deployment and ensure robustness, scalability, and performance optimization. Team & Practice Building

Build and mentor a high-performing AI/ML engineering and research team. Establish processes, frameworks, and development standards. Collaborate with product, engineering, and cybersecurity teams to integrate AI capabilities. Innovation & Market Positioning

Evaluate emerging AI technologies and partnerships. Represent the company in industry forums, client discussions, and thought leadership platforms. Contribute to AI-driven product differentiation and competitive positioning. Required Qualifications

10–12 years of total experience in technology. Minimum 6+ years in senior AI/ML leadership roles. Strong hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML systems at scale. Proven experience in: LLMs and Generative AI Agentic AI frameworks (preferred) AI system architecture and distributed systems Production ML lifecycle management Deep understanding of AI infrastructure, cloud environments, and scalable deployment.
