for one of our reputed

BFSI / Fintech clients, Freed India Private Limited , based in

Gurgaon (Sector 30) . We are looking for

energetic, sales-driven professionals

with experience in

loan sales, credit advisory, retail lending, or financial services sales , who are comfortable working in a

target-based environment . Key Responsibilities Advise customers on suitable

loan and credit products Handle

customer acquisition and lead conversion Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions Explain

loan terms, interest rates, EMIs, and eligibility Coordinate with internal

credit, risk, and operations teams Achieve

monthly sales and revenue targets Maintain accurate customer, CRM, and sales records Ensure compliance with

BFSI, NBFC, and company guidelines Required Skills & Qualifications 0–4 years of experience

in: Loan Sales / Credit Sales Banking, NBFC, BFSI, or Fintech Experience in: Personal Loans Business Loans Credit Cards Consumer / Unsecured Loans Strong

sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills Target-driven mindset with ability to work in fast-paced environments Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred) Basic understanding of

credit assessment & lending process
