About the Role
We are hiring a Business Generalist to work closely with the Founder and leadership team to implement strategy, improve internal processes, and ensure cross-team alignment.
This role is for someone who gets things done in ambiguous environments, can drive internal change, and ensures that decisions don’t stop at meetings but get executed across teams.
This is not an admin or intern role.
It is a hands-on execution + alignment role with real ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Initiative Implementation
Translate Founder’s decisions and priorities into clear execution plans
Drive implementation of internal initiatives (process improvements, SOPs, tools, KPIs)
Track progress of leadership decisions and ensure closure
SOPs & Process Alignment
Identify gaps in current workflows
Create simple, practical SOPs (1–2 pages)
Roll out SOPs with teams and ensure adoption
Collect feedback and continuously improve processes
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as a bridge between Sales, Operations, Delivery, and Support teams
Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and timelines
Drive follow-ups and resolve coordination gaps
Improve internal communication quality and speed
Tool & KPI Implementation
Support rollout and usage of internal tools (project management, HRMS, trackers)
Set up basic dashboards and reporting
Track KPIs and flag risks or delays early
Reporting & Feedback Loop
Maintain clear execution trackers
Share weekly execution updates with Founder
Capture feedback from teams and clients (via Ops Lead)
Convert feedback into process improvements
