Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Project Manager (Telecom IT)

to lead and manage complex telecom and IT projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and oversee telecom IT projects from initiation to completion Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technical, operations, and client stakeholders Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Manage client communications, Billing Lookouts and maintain strong stakeholder relationships Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational processes Lead, mentor, and guide project teams for optimal performance

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred) 10 - 13 years of relevant experience

in project management, preferably in IT Domain Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT projects Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Availability to travel to client locations as per project requirements for meetings, client engagement, and project presentations

Preferred Skills Experience in telecom infrastructure, network projects, or IT systems integration Familiarity with project management tools Strong decision-making and risk management capabilities
