Qualifications & Skills: A Certified Financial Planner CFP is Must. Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field (MBA-Finance preferred). Preferably should have a NISM XA – XB qualification or working towards the same Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in financial advisory or related fields Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment strategies, and wealth management. Excellent stakeholder management skills, superior communication and interpersonal skills to educate and engage clients. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess financial data and provide strategic recommendations. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping others achieve financial success.
