Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Talent Acquisition Manager. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective hiring strategies, fostering a strong employer brand, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill organizational talent needs efficiently.

Qualifications Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies Experience in Interviewing candidates and managing the Hiring process Strong knowledge of Employer Branding and its integration into recruitment processes Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Experience in talent acquisition for both IT and non-IT sectors is an advantage
