Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Namakkal for professionals with expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance/SCM and Oracle HCM/OIC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Oracle implementation projects, optimizing business processes, supporting Oracle application integrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Tasks include consulting with stakeholders, configuring system requirements, and resolving any application-related issues to ensure efficiency.

Training Hours: 5 Hours per Day

We are hiring two experienced Oracle Fusion Trainers for an onsite training assignment in Tamil Nadu.

1️⃣ Oracle HCM + Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Trainer

Requirements:

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud - Good working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) - Ability to explain HCM integrations, workflows, and real-time use cases - Prior corporate/academic training experience preferred

2️⃣ Oracle Fusion Finance + SCM Trainer

Requirements:

- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance - Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM - Ability to cover end-to-end business process flows - Experience delivering onsite training is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

- ₹75,000 (Fixed) per Trainer - Accommodation + Food Provided - Travel support (if applicable)

Location

- Namakkal / Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu - Onsite presence is mandatory
