About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Corporate Interiors to lead end-to-end execution of corporate/commercial interior fit-out projects across Pune, Mumbai, and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete lifecycle of corporate interior fit-out projects from concept to handover Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and internal teams Monitor site execution, quality control, and safety compliance Ensure adherence to timelines and cost control measures Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and contractor performance Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Ensure client satisfaction and smooth project closure

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Project Management 6+ years of experience in corporate/commercial interior fit-outs Strong understanding of MEP coordination and site execution Proven experience handling multiple large-scale corporate interior projects Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD (preferred) Willingness to travel across project sites

Preferred Profile

Experience in handling corporate office interior projects Strong vendor network in Pune, Mumbai, or Bangalore Immediate joiners will be given preference
