Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth for our custom web development and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue generation through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify leads for custom web development and digital marketing services
Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to create tailored solutions for clients
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and update CRM systems regularly
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and exhibitions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
1–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in IT services)
Strong understanding of web development services (e.g., custom websites, eCommerce, CMS platforms) and digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in selling custom web development or digital marketing services
Knowledge of international markets and B2B sales
Familiarity with proposal writing and bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly/quarterly sales targets achieved
Number of qualified leads generated
Conversion rate from lead to client
Client retention and satisfaction
