We are looking for a

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

who can provide outstanding support, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to business growth through proactive engagement and upselling.

Role Highlights: 100% Remote Role (Work From Anywhere in India) Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST Minimum

2+ Years Experience Required B2B SaaS experience preferred

Key Responsibilities: Customer Advocacy & Support Provide detailed product and service information. Act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate. Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Customer Account Management Accurately update and maintain customer records. Ensure account information is reliable and current.

Problem Resolution Identify root causes of issues. Deliver clear, actionable solutions. Coordinate corrective actions to ensure complete resolution.

Collaborative Efficiency Work closely with internal teams to meet service goals. Align with team KPIs and performance standards.

Performance Excellence Meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Maintain strong CSAT metrics.

Technical & Ticket Management Manage support queries via

Zendesk . Escalate development issues through

Basecamp . Handle subscriptions and accounts via

Chargebee .

✅ Required Qualifications Native-level English fluency

(Strong written & verbal communication is mandatory) Minimum

2 years of Customer Service experience Experience in

B2B SaaS domain preferred ⚡ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently Hands-on experience with

Zendesk

&

Basecamp Knowledge of

Chargebee

is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications Experience in

Health-Tech industry Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
