Senior Investigation Specialist

- A University degree in law preferred but any degree; with experience and / or certifications such as CFE, CCEP, or CAMS desirable and - Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in Compliance Investigations, ethics investigation; of which 5 years in compliance roles or leading Internal investigations in multinational organizations - Demonstrated expertise in navigating diverse regulatory environments, particularly in financial services - Strong auditing skills are preferred - Proven track record of influencing C-suite executives and driving organizational change - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex compliance concepts to diverse audiences - Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language; German preferred
