Manager II - Sourcing

Role Overview The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end sourcing of frontline workforce including

Pickers, Packers, and Shift In-Charges

across Kerala and the rest of Tamil Nadu. The role requires strong vendor management, field recruitment expertise, and the ability to manage bulk hiring targets in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Mass Hiring & Sourcing Source and hire Pickers, Packers, and Shift In-Charges for dark stores and warehouse operations. Manage bulk hiring drives across Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Utilize multiple sourcing channels: job portals, local vendors, field sourcing, referrals, job camps, and walk-ins. Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for closures. 2. Vendor & Field Management Onboard and manage local recruitment vendors. Conduct field visits and hiring drives in assigned cities. Build strong local talent pipelines for continuous hiring needs. 3. Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with Operations and City Managers to understand manpower requirements. Provide daily/weekly hiring reports and pipeline updates. Ensure workforce availability as per business demand. 4. Compliance & Documentation Ensure proper documentation and onboarding of candidates. Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports. Ensure adherence to company hiring policies and labor compliance norms. Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred). 1–4 years of experience in bulk hiring / blue-collar recruitment. Experience in warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, or quick commerce hiring preferred. Strong network of local vendors in Kerala and Tamil Nadu is an advantage. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
