Role -

The job purpose of the Manager Quality Assurance is to ensure the preparation and implementation of quality specifications, standards, and procedures, enforce compliance with international quality standards, manage audit processes and corrective actions, and oversee training for supervisors and vendors to uphold the organization's quality policies and strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the preparation and implementation of quality specifications, execution methodologies, and standards for civil, structural, MEP, and data center works in line with organizational quality policy and strategy. 2. Ensure compliance with international quality standards, including ISO requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 3. Develop, implement, and enforce quality processes and procedures across project teams. 4. Plan, coordinate, and oversee audit processes and methodologies to monitor adherence to quality standards. 5. Identify non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely closure while mentoring teams for prevention of recurrence. 6. Track, report, and guide training programs for supervisors, contractors, and vendors to reinforce quality standards. 7. Oversee the collection, collation, and maintenance of MIS, reports, and records related to quality performance and compliance.
