Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Excel Trainer based in the Pune Division. As an Excel Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs in Microsoft Excel for various groups of learners. Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing training materials, conducting interactive sessions, and providing hands-on guidance in Excel functions, formulas, and advanced tools. Additionally, you will assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure learning objectives are met effectively.

Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and tools such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis Strong skills in designing and delivering structured training sessions Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse learners Instructional design and curriculum development capabilities Prior experience as a trainer or educator in a professional setting, preferably focused on software Ability to assess and adapt teaching methods based on individual learning needs Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Certified Microsoft Office Specialist or similar certification is a plus
