Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented
Sales & Marketing professional
to drive patient acquisition, improve conversions, strengthen brand presence, and support the growth of SkinQure Clinics through both online and offline marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
Convert leads (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, online inquiries) into confirmed consultations and procedures
Coordinate with doctors and front-office team to improve consultation-to-procedure conversion
Explain treatment plans, packages, and pricing clearly and ethically to patients
Follow up with prospective patients and dormant leads
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Track and report daily/weekly sales performance
Marketing Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing activities (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, WhatsApp campaigns)
Coordinate with digital marketing agencies and content creators
Help create promotional offers, seasonal campaigns, and treatment awareness drives
Support social media content ideas (before-after, reels, patient education topics)
Plan and execute offline marketing (referrals, tie-ups, local promotions, camps)
Monitor marketing ROI, lead quality, and cost per lead
Brand & Clinic Growth
Maintain consistent brand communication and premium clinic image
Train front-office staff on basic sales scripts and patient handling
Collect patient feedback and help improve patient experience
Support new service launches and clinic expansion plans
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2–5 years of experience in sales & marketing (healthcare/aesthetic clinic preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Understanding of digital marketing basics and lead funnels
Target-driven mindset with ethical selling approach
Good command over English & Hindi (spoken and written)
Comfortable with CRM, Excel, and reporting
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience in dermatology, aesthetics, cosmetic clinics, or wellness industry
Knowledge of treatments like lasers, injectables, hair transplant, skin therapies
Experience handling high-value treatment sales
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly revenue targets
Lead-to-consultation conversion rate
Consultation-to-procedure conversion rate
Marketing ROI and cost per lead
Patient follow-up and retention rate
Qualifications
Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends and devise strategies.
Proficient in Marketing Management and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong skills and experience in Sales with a proven track record of achieving targets and fostering client relationships.
Proficiency in Public Relations to build and maintain positive brand reputation and stakeholder relationships.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; an MBA is preferred.
