Senior .NET Core Developer – AI Agent and ChatBot Automation & n8n Specialist

Location: Remote | Contract Start Date: Immediate We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Core Developer with strong expertise in AI-powered chatbot and agent systems, and hands-on experience in workflow automation using n8n. The role focuses on building, integrating, and automating intelligent customer engagement solutions, including AI chatbots, AI voice agents, omnichannel communication, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using ASP.NET Core (C#).

Build and integrate AI Chatbots and AI Agents across multiple channels (WhatsApp, Web, SMS, Voice).

Implement automation workflows using n8n to orchestrate business logic, AI flows, and system integrations.

Integrate Voice and Call Center solutions (e.g., Twilio, SIP-based APIs, or similar) with AI Voice Agents.

Develop and manage Webhook-based integrations between n8n, backend services, and third-party platforms.

Connect AI systems with external services such as CRM, ERP, ticketing systems, messaging platforms, and databases.

Automate customer journeys, lead handling, support ticket creation, and escalation flows.

Implement AI-to-human handoff logic, routing conversations or calls to human agents when needed.

Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security across all integrations.

Monitor, log, and optimize automation workflows and AI interactions.

n8n-Specific Responsibilities

Design and implement complex n8n workflows for:

Chatbot and AI Agent orchestration

Voice call event handling (incoming, missed, completed calls)

Customer onboarding and lifecycle automation

Support ticket and notification automation

Integrate n8n with:

REST APIs and Webhooks

Messaging platforms (WhatsApp, SMS, chat widgets)

Voice providers and call center systems

Handle conditional logic, error handling, retries, and performance optimization within n8n workflows.

Maintain secure credential management and environment configurations in n8n.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in C# and ASP.NET Core (.NET Core).

Proven experience in building AI Chatbot / AI Agent solutions.

Hands-on experience implementing automation workflows using n8n.

Solid understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, and event-driven architectures.

Experience integrating messaging platforms (WhatsApp APIs, SMS gateways, web chat).

Familiarity with Voice APIs / Call Center integrations is a strong plus.

Experience with databases (SQL / NoSQL).

Strong problem-solving and system design skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have

Experience with AI Voice Agents, Speech-to-Text, and Text-to-Speech pipelines.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

Experience integrating CRM or ticketing systems.

Background in scalable, multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
