About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven

QA & QMS Executive

to strengthen our aerospace machining quality systems. The role focuses on

AS9100 Rev D implementation, QMS documentation, and shop-floor quality assurance activities

to ensure compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements. If you have hands-on experience in aerospace machining quality systems and a strong understanding of AS9100 standards, we would love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities: Support implementation and ongoing compliance with

AS9100 Rev D Maintain and control QMS documentation (procedures, SOPs, work instructions, formats, records) Assist in

AS9102 (FAI)

preparation and review Perform in-process inspections and manage NCR documentation Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits Review engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and inspection reports Coordinate with production teams to drive quality improvement and defect reduction Ensure documentation control, traceability, and proper recordkeeping

Required Skills & Competencies: Strong working knowledge of

AS9100 Rev D Experience in aerospace machining (CNC / VMC / precision components) Proficiency in GD&T, FAI, CAPA, and core quality tools Strong documentation, auditing, and analytical skills Good communication and cross-functional coordination abilities Proficiency in MS Excel and QMS documentation systems

Qualifications: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering AS9100 Internal Auditor Certification (preferred)
