About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Architect to lead end-to-end AI solution development — from model research and architecture design to training, optimization, and production deployment. This role combines advanced research expertise, hands-on engineering, and technical leadership to build scalable, high-impact AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead generative AI initiatives and drive innovation across projects. - Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI systems using advanced architectures such as Transformers, GANs, and Diffusion Models. - Build, fine-tune, and optimize large-scale foundation and domain-specific models. - Architect scalable, high-performance, and secure AI solutions leveraging distributed computing frameworks. - Stay current with advancements from leading research forums (e.g., NeurIPS, CVPR) and translate research insights into practical implementations. - Implement Responsible AI principles including bias mitigation, fairness, transparency, and ethical AI practices. - Collaborate cross-functionally with research, engineering, and product teams to deliver impactful AI solutions. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to long-term AI architecture and strategy.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Master’s or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field. - Strong expertise in generative AI architectures including Transformers, GANs, and Diffusion models. - Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and JAX. - Hands-on experience building NLP, Computer Vision, or multi-modal AI systems. - Experience designing and deploying distributed AI systems at scale.

Good to Have

- Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Research publications or patents in AI/ML. - Contributions to open-source AI communities such as Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or Diffusers. - Familiarity with Responsible AI tools and frameworks (Fairness, Explainable AI).
