Role Description
We are seeking a Sales and Business Development professional for a full-time role based in Pune.
Responsibilities includes
Conducting market research and assisting in sales and business development strategies.
Generating Sales-Worthy Leads Using LinkedIn and various lead generation tools
Making Client Databases
Ensuring timely client renewals
Identifying new sales opportunities.
Maintaining customer relationships will also involve participating in client communications and training sessions to support customer engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Willingness to travel and meet clients
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management techniques to identify and convert potential clients
Experience in Training or guidance to support clients during the onboarding and growth phases
Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to adapt to hybrid work environments and collaborate effectively across teams
A background in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus
