Ironclad Developer / Administrator

- Role Summary - We are looking for a highly skilled Ironclad Developer / Administrator to support and scale our contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform. This role will partner closely with Legal, Sales Ops, Finance, and IT to automate contract workflows, integrate Ironclad with core enterprise systems, and drive adoption of AI-powered legal tools. - This is a hands-on role requiring deep Ironclad configuration expertise, strong integration skills (especially Salesforce), and the ability to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

- Key Responsibilities - Configure, administer, and enhance Ironclad CLM, including workflows, templates, clauses, approvals, and permissions. - Design and implement Ironclad integrations with Salesforce (mandatory) to support quote-to-contract and contract lifecycle processes. - Build and maintain integrations with NetSuite, ZIP, and JIRA (nice to have) - Partner with Legal Ops to optimize contract automation, reporting, and compliance - Support AI-enabled legal tools and workflows; experience with tools like IVO or Harvey is highly desirable - Troubleshoot issues, manage releases, and coordinate with Ironclad support and internal stakeholders - Develop documentation, best practices, and training for business users - Support system governance, data integrity, and access controls across environments

- Required Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in CLM administration or development, with strong hands-on experience in Ironclad - Proven experience building and supporting Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware, workflows) Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes (legal, sales, procurement) - Experience with system integrations using REST APIs and/or iPaaS tools - Ability to translate legal and business requirements into scalable technical solutions

- Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills - Experience integrating with NetSuite, ZIP, and/or JIRA - Exposure to AI-powered legal tools such as IVO, Harvey, or similar platforms - SaaS or enterprise-scale environment experience - Familiarity with quote-to-cash, order-to-cash, or procure-to-pay workflows
