The Role

A dream position for a writer who can turn HR compliance and global scaling into a movement.

You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to craft the narrative that solidifies Wise Monk as the #1 authority on India-market expansion. Your job is to take technical topics—local labor laws, tax compliance, and remote culture—and turn them into "sticky," viral insights that founders and HR leaders can’t stop sharing.

- Own the Narrative: Shape the voice of Wise Monk across the global B2B landscape. - Strategic Repurposing: Transform our deep internal IP and the CEO’s vision into platform-native content. - Authority Building: Position Wise Monk as the essential partner for any company looking at India.

Output Expectations

What the role actually looks like:

We care about Quality + Growth over raw volume. Your goal is to create content that converts followers into clients.

Minimum Weekly Expectations (AI-Assisted Workflows Assumed):

- 7 LinkedIn Posts: Daily authority-building content (Founder-led and Company brand). - 2 High-Value Newsletters: In-depth insights sent to our growing subscriber base. - 1-2 YouTube Scripts: Engaging, educational scripts for long-form or "The India'Logue" series. - Additional Content: Ad-hoc threads, Substack notes, or platform-specific replies as required by the CEO.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven Track Record: Experience writing high-performing B2B content (LinkedIn and Newsletters are a must). - The "Translator" Ability: You can take a 30-minute brain dump from the CEO on "Indian Tax Compliance" and turn it into a viral LinkedIn carousel. - Psychology of Attention: You understand hooks, loops, and how to drive engagement in a crowded B2B feed. - AI-Native: Expert at using Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity to speed up research and first drafts without losing the "human" edge. - Domain Curiosity: A deep interest in the future of work, global economics, and human capital.
