Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Web Developer to maintain, update, and optimize our company website while also managing our social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will ensure a strong online presence by maintaining website functionality, improving user experience, and executing effective social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management & Development

Maintain, update, and optimize the company website for performance, security, and responsiveness.

Troubleshoot website issues and implement technical improvements.

Ensure website compatibility across browsers and devices.

Manage website content updates including blogs, landing pages, and multimedia.

Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.

Monitor website traffic using analytics tools and generate performance reports.

Perform regular backups and security updates.

Social Media Management

Manage and maintain company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.).

Develop and execute social media content calendars.

Create engaging posts, graphics, and campaigns to increase brand awareness.

Monitor social media trends and audience engagement.

Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Track performance metrics and provide monthly analytics reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, or other CMS).

Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.

Experience with social media management tools.

Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and content creation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with e-commerce platforms.

Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising.

Understanding of UI/UX principles.

Knowledge of Google Analytics and webmaster tools.
