Job Description: We are seeking an experienced

Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer

with strong expertise in GOSU development and Guidewire configuration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in commercial insurance implementations, integrations, plug-ins, messaging, and API development. This role requires strong analytical skills, Agile experience, and the ability to design and deliver scalable insurance application solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain application code using

GOSU

within Guidewire PolicyCenter. Plan, design, develop, modify, debug, and evaluate moderately complex software solutions. Analyze existing systems and design logic for enhancements and new functionality. Understand integration architecture and interface requirements. Create technical design documents for integrations and enhancements. Configure Guidewire application components as per specifications using Guidewire and J2EE technologies. Develop and maintain Guidewire Plug-ins, Messaging integrations, and APIs. Perform code reviews and conduct shake-down testing before delivery. Work in Agile/Scrum development environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. Essential Skills Guidewire Expertise Strong experience in

Commercial Insurance Understanding of policy lifecycle and underwriting processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field. 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter development. Experience working in Agile environments. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience in Guidewire Cloud implementations Experience with CI/CD pipelines Exposure to performance tuning and optimization Strong documentation skills
