Product Manager - Lithium battery manufacturing startup

Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end Product Strategy for Lithium battery manufacturing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and create detailed product roadmaps.

- Work closely with sourcing teams, engineering and design teams to oversee the development process from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

- Coordinate product certifications and compliance.

- Conduct in-depth market research, interviews, and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and make informed product decisions.

- Determine pricing strategy and coordinate with sales and finance for margin management.

- Develop go-to-market strategies and lead the launch of new products, ensuring effective positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.

- Define and track key product metrics, collate customer feedback, and use data to iterate and optimize product performance.

Good to have:

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

- Prior 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in the Lithium battery manufacturing industry.

- Demonstrated Success in launching and growing innovative products, coupled with a deep understanding of product management best practices.
