Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA Role Overview We are seeking an experienced professional for the Market Operations (Good Delivery) function to manage brand empanelment processes, oversee vault and logistics quality aspects, and ensure adherence to international good delivery standards for bullion and base metals. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate strong knowledge of quality aspects, vault/warehouse operations, and logistics related to bullion and base metals. Manage the

end-to-end brand empanelment process

for refiners/producers. Monitor and track timelines of empaneled refiners and producers. Handle and track refiner applications, audit schedules, agreements, and bank guarantees. Draft, present, and manage agendas for internal and external committees involved in the brand approval process. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to improve existing approval methodologies. Build and maintain relationships with product teams, industry participants, and trade associations to stay updated on trade practices. Track and analyze international best practices related to Good Delivery norms. Ensure effective stakeholder communication and coordination. Required Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of bullion/base metals market operations Knowledge of Good Delivery standards and compliance frameworks Experience in vault or warehouse operations and logistics Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and documentation abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Preferred Profile Experience in commodities exchange, bullion industry, refineries, or logistics Exposure to audit coordination and regulatory processes MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred Interested Candidates Can Share Their Updated Resume on jeena.sunil@evokehr.com
