Job description

We are seeking a results-driven, dedicated Sales Growth Specialist with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to drive revenue, acquire new customers, and expand market reach in a remote night shift role. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can build meaningful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. - Identify, engage, and qualify potential leads through both outbound and inbound channels, including phone, SMS, email, and digital outreach. - Deliver engaging and compelling service presentations to potential and existing clients tailored to their business needs. - Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximize retention and value. - Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather customer feedback to inform and optimize sales approaches. - Collaborate closely with the marketing team to synchronize sales and marketing campaigns and leverage marketing collateral for lead generation. - Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and high-quality customer experiences throughout. - Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets, KPIs, and team objectives. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. - Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to management to support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Proven experience of 3 years in sales, business development, or growth roles, preferably with a service-based company. - Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (verbal and written). - Demonstrated ability to work independently, remotely, and effectively manage time across multiple priorities. - Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation, and lead generation software; proficiency with data analysis is a plus. - Experience with outbound sales, cold calling, and digital/inbound lead generation are highly desirable. - Strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a growth mindset.
