Training Placement Officer

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Placement Officer, located in Nagpur. The Training Placement Officer will oversee and manage all activities related to campus recruitment and placement drives. The role includes establishing and maintaining partnerships with corporate sectors, organizing training sessions to enhance students' employability skills, and coordinating with academic departments for placement readiness. The candidate will also guide students on career opportunities and prepare them for interviews and recruitment processes.

Qualifications Experience Required: Minimum 10 years (relevant experience preferred) Experience in Campus Placement and College Recruiting Strong Communication and Soft Skills, with an ability to motivate and mentor students Demonstrated expertise in conducting training programs to improve employability skills Organizational and collaboration skills to coordinate with companies, students, and faculty members Ability to establish and maintain relationships with industry leaders and recruiters Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, HR, Education, or a related field Experience in educational institutions or recruitment fields is preferred Proven track record of managing placements and corporate relations Strong industry network and ability to bring new recruiters on board
