From onboarding and listings to pricing, fulfilment, and growth — we’re the execution layer that helps India’s most trusted consumer brands scale across platforms. ■ What We Work On We operate across the Consumption Category — the everyday essentials that power India’s kitchens and households. Dairy & Ice Cream – Milk, curd, paneer, butter, ice cream, and novelty

& Masalas – Rice, dal, atta, oil, ghee, spices.Bakery & Eggs – Bread, buns, eggs, and quick breakfast essentials.Meat & Fresh Produce – Chicken, fish, fruits, and vegetables.Personal & Home Care – Toothpaste, razors, soap, pads, and hygiene basics.Impulse & Emergency Buys – Chocolates, skincare, and last-minute needs. These are the categories that drive over 60% of all Quick Commerce demand — products people already love and buy every day. We don’t create new demand — we activate existing trust and make it instantly available online. ■ The Role: Founder’s Office We’re looking for smart, self-aware generalists who can work directly with the founder and help scale company across brands, categories, cities, and platforms. You’ll solve live problems, create systems from scratch, and build what doesn’t exist yet. This is not a support role — it’s a get-it-done, think-fast, own-everything role. ■ You’ll fit right in if you: Are sharp, scrappy, and grounded.Take full responsibility for what you touch.Are okay with failure, but allergic to excuses.Are comfortable saying “I don’t know” — and even more comfortable figuring it out.Can think in systems and thrive in motion.Care about learning and speed, not titles or process. ■ What You’ll Do Work on brand expansion, category rollouts, and platform operations. Fix bottlenecks across supply, listings, and fulfilment. Build playbooks and execution frameworks from scratch. Partner closely with the founder on core initiatives.
