Eligibility Criteria-
Qualification: HSC / Graduates Experience:
6 months of any experience (for experienced candidates) Graduate freshers can also apply
Salary-
Graduate Freshers: ₹24,000 per month Experienced Candidates: ₹28,000 per month
Job Responsibilities-
- Provide technical support for laptops and printers (North America customers).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Assist customers via voice process.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolution within SLA.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Required Skills-
- Basic knowledge of laptop & printer troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills (English mandatory).
- Basic computer and technical knowledge.
- Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
