Role Description We're looking for a talented

Graphic Designer

to join our team on a

full-time remote

basis. You'll be the creative force behind our social media presence, crafting compelling visuals that drive engagement and conversions for our clients across various industries.

What You'll Do Design eye-catching social media graphics and content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Create promotional materials, banners, thumbnails, and carousel posts Collaborate with our team to understand client briefs and brand guidelines Leverage both traditional design software and AI tools to maximize efficiency Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics Maintain consistency while adapting designs for different platforms and formats

What We're Looking For Design Expertise : Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar) AI Tool Knowledge : Experience or willingness to quickly learn AI design tools and generators Portfolio : A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality social media design work Attention to Detail : Pixel-perfect execution and understanding of platform-specific requirements Communication : Ability to take briefs clearly and communicate design rationale Problem-Solving : Creative approach to challenges and quick turnaround times Self-Motivated : Ability to manage time and deliver quality work independently in a remote setting
