We are currently building a global operations infrastructure, and India will serve as one of our primary delivery hubs. We are looking for a high-performance operations leader who can build and scale our India operations from the ground up. This is not a maintenance role — this is a builder role. Role Overview The Head of Operations – India will lead the launch and scale-up of AssistHubPro’s India operations. You will be responsible for: Building operational infrastructure Recruiting and scaling virtual assistant teams Creating operational systems and processes Ensuring world-class service delivery for global clients You will work directly with global leadership and play a key role in building one of the most efficient remote workforce operations in the industry. This role requires someone who thrives in startup environments, can move fast, solve problems independently, and build scalable systems. What You Will Build You will lead the development and scaling of: Virtual Assistant Operations Recruitment & Talent Pipelines Training & Onboarding Systems Quality Assurance Frameworks Operational SOPs & Workflows Performance Management Systems Team Leadership Structure Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and Scale Operations Launch and scale AssistHubPro’s India operations Build operational infrastructure from the ground up Develop scalable systems, workflows, and operational processes Create operational frameworks that support rapid growth Build and Lead Teams Recruit and build high-performing virtual assistant teams Develop team leads and operational leadership structure Establish KPIs, accountability systems, and performance standards Build a strong culture of professionalism and performance Recruitment & Talent Pipeline Build a strong recruitment engine for hiring virtual assistants Develop partnerships with hiring platforms and talent networks Implement efficient hiring and onboarding processes Operational Excellence Ensure high service quality and operational efficiency Monitor productivity, performance, and client satisfaction Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency Training & Development Implement structured onboarding programs Develop training systems to ensure world-class service delivery Establish continuous learning and professional development programs Strategic Leadership Work directly with global leadership on scaling strategy Identify growth opportunities within India operations Help scale operational capacity to support global expansion Ideal Candidate Profile You are a builder and operator, not just a manager. You have experience scaling teams, building processes, and leading operations in fast-paced environments. Requirements Minimum 7+ years experience in operations leadership Experience in BPO, outsourcing, call center, or virtual assistant companies Proven experience scaling teams and building operational systems Strong recruitment and team-building experience Excellent English communication skills Strong problem-solving and operational mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment Experience working with international clients preferred What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months) Build a strong operational team in India Establish efficient recruitment pipelines Implement operational SOPs and training systems Scale a high-performing virtual assistant workforce Maintain high client satisfaction and service quality Build the operational foundation for global growth
