Performance Marketing Specialist Experience : 5+ year Location Noida Sector -63 (WFO) Department Marketing

Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Strategy & Management: ● Develop & Execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Meta, google ● Create and optimize ad copy to ensure relevance and quality score improvements. ● Plan landing pages to maximize conversion rates. 2. Performance Monitoring & Analysis: ● Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR (click- through rate), CPC (click per cost), CPA (click per acquisition), and ROI. ● Generate detailed reports to communicate performance and insights to stakeholders. ● Utilize tools like Google Analytics, clarity and first party attribution tools to assess traffic quality and campaign impact. 3. Budget Management: ● Allocate and manage budgets effectively across various campaigns. ● Ensure budget optimization to achieve maximum results within the allocated spend. ● Bid & Budget Optimisation 4. A/B Testing & Optimization: ● Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to identify high-performing variations. ● Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights. 5. Competitor Analysis: ● Perform regular competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market. ● Identify and capitalize on industry trends and opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. ● Meta & Google Ads certification required. ● Proven experience of minimum 4-5 years in managing Google Ads campaigns and other PPC platforms, preferably in brand (Apparel Industry) . ● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, clarity, etc. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team /Agency partners. ● Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and digital marketing
