Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Caller. The Sales Caller will focus on reaching out to potential clients and engaging them in meaningful conversations to educate them about the services provided by Shunya Ananta Healing. The responsibilities include following up on leads, building strong relationships with prospective customers, addressing inquiries, and helping to convert leads into clients. Additional duties include maintaining accurate records of conversations and participating in team meetings to discuss sales strategies.

Qualifications Strong communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and active listening Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry tools Ability to build rapport with clients, identify their needs, and provide relevant information Time management and organizational skills to effectively manage calls and follow-ups Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills to address client concerns Self-motivation and the ability to work independently Previous experience in a sales or customer service-related role is an advantage Knowledge or interest in healing and wellness practices is a plus
