Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Researcher at Tinypaints. The Junior Researcher will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative research, gathering and analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions. The role involves sourcing and documenting trends in children’s art, evaluating audience engagement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to guide innovative projects. Qualifications

Strong research skills, including expertise in qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis Proven ability to analyze trends, identify key insights, and present findings clearly Communication and collaboration skills for working effectively in a remote, team-based environment Familiarity with tools for data visualization, online research, and metrics tracking Attention to detail and a passion for art, creativity, and education Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Education, Sociology, Psychology, or a similar discipline Experience in child-focused initiatives, education sectors, or creative industries is a plus Proficiency in adapting to new technologies and digital platforms
